We are always looking for amazing leaders to start a Chapter in their community.

As a BCWBN Chapter Leader, you will create a welcoming space where women can connect, collaborate, learn, and support one another. You will play an important role in building a strong business community in your local area while representing the values and vision of BCWBN.
You don't need to have all the answers to become a great leader. We provide comprehensive onboarding, ongoing support, and access to our self-paced Leadership Growth Journey to help you develop the skills, confidence, and tools you need to succeed.
This role is both a commitment and an investment in yourself. Through leading others, you'll strengthen your ability to communicate, make decisions, set healthy boundaries, navigate challenges, and inspire those around you—skills that will benefit every area of your business and your life.
