Lynda Easler RN

Director of Brand, Community & Growth

After 43 years as a Registered Nurse, I now help women in a different way.

I help women  40+ who are experiencing hair loss after menopause, stress, or trauma restore their scalp health and confidence through science-backed, nurse-led guidance. Having experienced hair loss myself following menopause and a difficult divorce, I understand how deeply identity and confidence can be affected, and I’m passionate about helping women feel like themselves again.

I’ve been a proud member of the BC Women’s Business Network for several years and currently lead both the Tri-Cities chapter and the Virtual chapter. I’ve also had the privilege of emceeing the 2025 She Blossoms in Business Summit and the 2025 Christmas Gala.

BCWBN has been an incredibly meaningful part of my journey. Through this community I’ve grown both personally and professionally, expanded my business through collaboration and referrals, and built genuine friendships with inspiring women entrepreneurs.

As Director of Brand, Community & Growth, I help guide the continued growth and visibility of BCWBN while ensuring our brand and community remain strong, aligned, and supportive as we expand across British Columbia. Supporting our chapter leaders and helping women connect, collaborate, and succeed together is something I care deeply about.
