Culture Champion Award

At BC Women’s Business Network, we believe strong communities are built through kindness, collaboration, respect, and support. The Culture Champion Award honours the women who help protect and strengthen those values every day through their leadership, encouragement, and presence. By recognizing these women, we celebrate the people who help create the culture that allows women to feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Celebrating the Women Who Strengthen Our Community Culture

The Culture Champion Award recognizes a BCWBN member who consistently models, protects, and strengthens the culture and values of BC Women’s Business Network.

This award honours women who lead through kindness, positivity, professionalism, collaboration, and genuine support for others.

This is about leadership without title — the women whose energy, presence, actions, and consistency positively influence the people around them.

Award Purpose
