Are you or do you know a BCWBN member who consistently uplifts others and helps create a positive, empowering community culture?
We invite you to submit a nomination and help us celebrate the women who lead through kindness, collaboration, and integrity.
The Culture Champion Award recognizes a BCWBN member who consistently models, protects, and strengthens the culture and values of BC Women’s Business Network.
This award honours women who lead through kindness, positivity, professionalism, collaboration, and genuine support for others.
The Culture Champion Award celebrates members who help create the welcoming, empowering, and collaborative environment that makes BCWBN a trusted and supportive community for women in business.

The purpose of this award is to recognize a member who actively contributes to maintaining the positive culture, integrity, and community spirit of BCWBN.
These women help create safe, encouraging, and empowering spaces where members feel supported, valued, and welcomed.
They uplift others publicly and privately, encourage collaboration over competition, and lead by example through their actions and attitude.
